My brother and I hired the Hynes Law Group for the purpose of protecting us against an unscrupulous Executor who was intent on improperly benefiting from our inheritance. Prior to retaining the Hynes Law Group other firms were contacted and rejected, principally because they were insincere and gave us the impression that their fees were more important than the issues that needed to be addressed on our behalf. However, when we met with Mr. Hines, he carefully considered the issues presented then outlined the recourse available with an emphasis on limiting wasted time and resources. Throughout our interaction with Mr. Hynes he was not only a credit to his profession, but focused on addressing our needs and a just resolution. Mr. Hynes has been one of the few attorneys, be they plaintiff or defense oriented, who I dealt with in my professional career, always immediately, or as soon as possible, returned phone calls, text or emails. This is a credit to his character. His knowledge of estate handling and elder care are superior and his guidance on issues remained in bounds with the requirements of my and my brother's final outcome.
