These guys are not good (in my experience) they left our grease traps in a terrible state, then gave me some old rubbish about only working for one hour. You told us it would take one hour to do the job! They came out a second time at extra cost - they still didn't clean them properly. Jokers More...

This is the first time we have used Hydro-Cleansing and we were very impressed. Nathaniel Martin was extremely helpful and efficient in the office and the engineer was very helpful, cheerful and explained everything. Also the price was very reasonable compared to other drainage companies we have used over the years. A recently received review from a very happy Mrs A. Duffy: I recently found myself in an extremely stressful situation and were impressed with Hydro Cleansing’s prompt response, 100% support and commitment. I am moving house and found out that I had built over 300 metres from a public sewer. The Water Board does not normally allow plastic pipes or manholes and the only way they would enter into an agreement with me was if I could prove the pipes and drains were of good standard and had no faults. From my very first encounter with Hydro Cleansing with Ella Plested who took my initial call right through to receiving my report, I found the company to be professional, that they listened to me and my needs and acted quickly. They showed compassion and helped me through each stage of the process.I made my initial contact mid morning on Thursday and by Friday morning I had a team of four men plus James Griffiths who personally oversaw the process. He talked to the Water Board on my behalf to ascertain exactly what report and evidence that was required to get this agreement. He reassured me and kept me fully informed.The team that turned up at my house early Friday were polite, reassuring and professional.I had my report and CCTV footage by Friday afternoon and was told the same day by the Water Board that they gave me their consent.I was extremely relieved and cannot thank Hydro Cleansing enough for acting so quickly and resolving what could have been a very expensive alternative.I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
