This review should include a discussion about Nashville and its hotel room shortage, which makes staying in Nashville more expensive than one might expect. I paid an average of $550.00 a night for one room, two queen beds at the Hutton which is a boutique hotel. The Kimpton was about the same price. Marriott near Vanderbilt was a little cheaper. These are just about NYC rates, folks (for small boutique hotels). Anyway, the Hutton has a good location, VERY friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable (although our A/C rattled through the night). Nice little coffee bar downstairs, music in the bar at night. I had breakfast in the restaurant and it was good although I do wish their menu was more expansive. Ordering room service is a pain because they don't leave menus in room... you have to navigate through the TV which takes some effort. Overall I'd recommend it. More...

Service is very good. Very attentive. Try to get deals. The bar and all pricing is very reasonable compared to NYC. On the cold days in early November you need to taxi, uber or take the hotels car service (Tesla). All are quick and easy to get downtown and the Gulch.||If you are a dog friendly person you will like it. I my opinion, too many dogs. During breakfast on one day someone brought there dog. The room was clean and well appointed. John Logan the concierge was just wonderful! His restaurant recommendations were spot on! The front desk staff were very friendly. The only issue was we called for the house car pick up and the man that answered was rude and actually hung up on my husband. I would have given a 5 stars rating but for this incident. We stayed at the Hutton for five nights as part of a wider trip to the States. We loved the decor and the overall vibe. The concierge Brittney was excellent and responsive. The team offered us an upgrade to a suite which was amazing. The convenience of the free rides in the house car (a Tesla Model S) was excellent. Terrific hotel with really friendly helpful staff. The town car service was a major plus and we used this often. Perhaps the only snag was that it was a little further out of town than we might have wanted - but that is down to us!

Went to nasville to visit my daughters who are now natives and celebrate a birthday. A super quick visit, in at 5p and out at 8am. Great location and outside appearance. valet parking (40) with unlimited in/out versus self parking (35) where you pay for in/out. Well received with a painless check-in. Given an extra room key to control the power/HVAC in the room. So much nicer than having to use a room key that has to go in and out with you. Nice sized rooms, we had a king bed. Large tv. We struggled to find Nashville hotels that weren't crazily expensive, and settled in the end on the Hutton which was more reasonably priced for a decent hotel. It is slightly out of downtown, but that was fine for us as we enjoy walking. And if you don't, getting a cab is easy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room nice and clean. It was dominated by two huge beds which was nice in a way, but despite the room being large, made it tricky to navigate at times. Very solid and reasonably priced hotel (for Nashville) with all the amenities including a great gym and live music in the lounge at happy hour. Attentive staff and good but overpriced restaurant. Two blocks to local honky tonks on upper Broadway and some decent restaurants. Grab a scooter or uber for a short ride into the core that is lower Broadway. The Gulch is an easy walk from the hotel. Amazing atmosphere every time! Always starts with the valet all the guys are great, but my man Andre always gets me a ride when I need it and mike is always willing to run back to my truck if I forget something! It just gives u a comfort before you ever check in. Lou at the bar is solid and on point along with Damien always giving me good food recs! Rooms are always good! I just returned from a 3 day stay at the Hutton with my sister. We were commemorating the passing of our mom one year ago. Nice to be back in her home state.||Check in was easy and I was happy the room was ready right away. 2 beds, very very comfy. Robes and mini bar- yes!||I hit happy hour to wait for my sisters arrival. Oh the people watching! So great to see. There was a Peace Live and Happiness fundraiser going on and boy oh boy those are some authentic peeps! I thought for sure they were a band but nope. Just motorcycle riders doing something good.||I met Jill the Director if the second floor music venue. Just because I was marveling at the guitar that was being wheeled around. I guess you can rent them for your room. Very cool! Jill was so sweet and even got us on the guest list for the show on Saturday night. ||The bar staff was great - Cash and Lou both treated us kindly. And laughed at our dorkiness. No shame!!!||The beds were so dreamy. I haven’t slept like that in a long long time!||Only downfall was the housekeeping. Friday’s room make up was almost nothing and it took 5 phone calls and a direct trip to the front desk to get it fixed. Unfortunately even then it was lacking. Possibly the hotel was understaffed. Not sure. But I can tell you the room I entered into in Thursday never again looked the same.||Location is good. We were able to walk to the Gultch and back. That place is interesting - many many many groups of 20 something women all looking the same and walking into stores to take selfies and tag the store. Just weird to me. We needed a good home base for exploring the city. We've walked to Centenial Park, and local spots for dinner. The bar in the lobby has fantastic staff as does the coffee shop. Check in was easy and staff are helpful and friendly. Room is as expected, clean and comfortable. We'll be walking to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium. If that ends up to not be achievable I'll update this review but so far the Hutton is a great central spot for our tourist attraction filled weekend. More...

Spent 3 days commuting daily to the Hutton Hotel. It is a nice hotel but can be confusing logistically getting from the sleeping rooms to the meeting space. However, one of the best things they have going for them is actually their valet parking attendants. I worked in particular with Jack B who was a definite standout as well as Tanner and Nate. Traffic was a bear a couple of the days, was running late and Jack was able to get me in and out fast. I couldn’t have been more impressed or thankful!
