Went on my own the first time, couldn't find a nicer bunch of people!! Alex the instructor pushes you to your max so you can get the end result you want! Not only am I losing weight and getting healther... but I'm having fun with a great bunch of people whilst doing it! 5 stars isn't enough!!! More...
