Great until he wasn’t. He assured me he was working on mom’s taxes over and over again. Nothing done. Nothing filed, no extensions , deadlines missed. Then he stopped responding to emails or answering phone calls. Very unprofessional. If he didn’t have the time to do the work he should have said so so I could find a different accountant. He left us picking up the pieces because I trusted him when he said he was doing the work. Shame on me for not taking our business elsewhere sooner. More...
