What inspired you to start your own business?
When looking into making our own will we didn't cherish the thought of visiting a typical High Street solicitor and be charged a potentially extortionate fee to go along with it.
After researching the market we found that most people felt the same. We also discovered that the majority of people would rather have someone come to them in the comfort of their own home and pay a more affordable fee for creating the same legal documents.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have many years experience in the industry and are trained and regulated by the Society of Will Writers. We appreciate that most people are not overly familiar with the concept of writing their own Will, particularly once the complexities of Trusts are introduced. Our mission is simple — to explain to our customers everything in a way that they clearly understand. We appreciate that not everyone is a legal expert so we are completely adept at putting seemingly complicated things into plain and simple everyday English.
Normally we will visit you in the comfort of your own home and discuss with you exactly what type of Will you require. Having looked at your circumstances we can suggest how we would structure your Will. It might be that it would be advisable to add the extra security that Trusts can add. If so we can explain how they work. We then go away and draft your Will, then send it to you to make any changes before preparing the final version.
