Each consumer and family will be provided its own unique individualized treatment plan. Each person’s need will be addressed individually and as part of the family dynamic. Our objective is to make the family healthier by assisting each member of that family in becoming a more positive contributor to the family strength. A healthier family allows that family to be a community asset. This allows for the increased probability of that family remaining in the community as a contributor, rather than a liability.
Some of the services that we offer include:
• Outpatient Counseling
• Family education and enhancement
• Referrals to other agencies, based on need

Each of these programs is initially limited to service time allowed, but can be extended based upon consumer needs. The purpose, intent and limitation of the provided services are defined by the insurer.
