Another lovely couple of hours spent having lunch in the lovely calm surroundings. It's such a delight seeing all the beautifully behaved babies being catered for. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and it's testimony them that the soup ran out before we had a chance to order today . More...

Wanted to pop on to highly recommend the baby sessions at Hug a Mug, particularly Sensory Seekers on a Tuesday afternoon. I’ve been taking my little girl since she was four months old and she’s now almost one . Each session has a theme, and Emma and Nat create such an engaging, creative and relaxed experience for the babies. They work so hard to give you the freedom with your baby to explore the different textures, smells, sounds and tastes of each theme. I’ve found some baby groups to be intimidating or costly, but this is welcoming, relaxed, and they just can’t do enough for me and my little girl. Its a real little community. It’s perfect. Eirlys has grown and developed so much with each session, and I’ve found such a lovely group of friends, I really can’t thank them enough xx More...

We were looking for somewhere child friendly to have a belated Mother’s Day lunch, and we fancied trying somewhere new. It was spot on for us, friendly staff who were accommodating for our toddlers (who don’t sit still haha) and there was enough toys for them to play with. I was impressed with my lunch, I ordered the quiche, it was a generous portion and I certainly didn’t leave hungry. Have yet to take my little boy to the sensory room downstairs. A small negative, wasn’t a fan of the sugar cubes I don’t think they are suitable to have on tables where there’s kids around, just my opinion though. I think we will be returning :) More...

The cafe is welcoming and cosy, the staff were really friendly, they talked me through the timetable of classes that take place there and ( bonus) the food was lovely! I visited this lovely gem a few times during my recent maternity leave with other mummy friends. My baby is about to turn one (already ), rather than a party which would've been more for the older children, I took the opportunity to get together with our mummy & baby friends we shared mat leave with to enjoy a play date & lunch here. It was much nicer than going to a big soft play where we wouldn't get to catch up properly or our little ones wouldn't have interacted so much together. We booked the sensory room which all little ones loved & then got to enjoy a lovely chilled, freshly made lunch (little ones too) & all babies enjoyed a long nap afterwards It couldn't have been more perfect, Emma & the team were so accommodating & welcoming! Thank you so much & keep doing what you do so well xxx (see you again soon) More...
