At Hudson’s Hounds I offer a service that I as a normal dog owner would look for. Dog walking, pet sitting, pet taxi each dog is treated as if they’re my own. I’ve over 6 years experience in the dog industry. Fully qualified in animal care, canine behaviour, pet first aid, DBS checked and fully insured.

We first met Jasmin when she followed and managed to catch our rescue dog Millie who had escaped and been on the run for 24 hours. Jasmin managed to gain her trust and return her to us... one of the best days ever. We first met Jasmin 3 or 4 years ago.. I was impressed by her genuine love of dogs then. Have been delighted to reconnect with her recently & she comes to give our 2 dogs a boredom break on days I’m out longer than I’m comfortable leaving them. I’ve been lucky enough to see her with our dogs today as I was unexpectedly at home by chance.. & they had a whale of a time - high energy but boundaried - such a wonderful mix! What do you love most about your job?
Working with dogs every day. This will be my 7th year in a row of getting up and working with a whole bunch of different dogs, I wouldn’t change it for the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in a dog daycare for 5 years I decided to set up on my own in smaller groups and have the countryside as my office. I wanted to be able to take my dog with me every day still yet work for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I provide a service second to none. Every dog is treated as if they were my own. I only take a maximum of 6 dog’s out at once to ensure I can control and give them all my attention. Groups are mixed to ensure all dog’s get on well together. I will never accept an arrgessive dog into a group walk, however I offer 1-1 walks for any dog’s with difficult behaviours.
Group dog walks
An hours dog walk once we arrive at our destination. Mostly South Downs or big open fields with plenty of space for the dog’s to run around in, away from any roads. £10 an hour. Maximum of 6 dog’s per group
1-1 dog walk
Dog walks for individuals who need a little more space or time due to age/ behaviour. An hours walk. £15?
