Until about 8 months ago, I had not trained before. I hated the gym, tried out many group classes and was very nervous and apprehensive about lifting weights. I am now attending 2 sessions a week and looking to build in a 3rd session at circuit training. <br /><br />Aidan has a calm, methodical, patient approach to training - this does not mean you don't leave each and every session feeling like you<span id="moreReview577668" class="hide"> have worked hard and achieved something new. His knowledge of nutrition and the body has meant I have learnt a lot about lifestyle changes I know I can maintain and about muscle groups and I never knew I had! <br />Aidan ensures that every session is different making his training challenging yet fun. I've been training with Aidan for almost a year and half and cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I went from being a girl who couldn't walk into a gym last year without getting into a panic and trying to hide behind Aidan all the time, to someone who feels totally confident in that environment. I've learnt so much, from nutrition to correct exercise technique and I never have to worry<span id="moreReview574978" class="hide"> that the sessions are going to be too easy or too hard. My programme is completely tailored to me and includes plenty of new challenges and targets to keep me working hard! Hitting targets and having someone like Aidan behind you is invaluable if you're serious about reaching your health/fitness goals. Most importantly, the training has developed with me as a client, and adapted to my needs at the time. I have trained with Aiden for almost a year now and until now found it hard to be motivated and remain true to training and keeping fit. That has changed now due to Aiden's support as he has really helped push me to new limits, achieve personal goals and drop nearly 3 waist sizes, not forgetting my improved well being and fitness. I started training with Aidan 5/6months ago because I wanted a different discipline, and it's the best decision I ever made. Every session is different. He makes me push myself but he cares about his clients and I have complete trust in him. Aidan is a wonderful everyman type so you feel completely at ease straight away. I been training with Aidan for nearly 3 years now twice a week in his kickboxing class and did one session at the gym under his advise workout was needed for me. I really enjoy his class, it's a good mix of exercise and fitness. Aidan always found something new to do to make his session interesting. I really recommend him to everybody who like some challenge in his like and keep fit. I cant even begin to say how great Hudson fitnesses classes are. He is amazing at what he does and is a great believer and motivator. I started attending the Kickboxing classes in July 2012. I've found the group to be fun and friendly with just the right amount of discipline. Since getting to know Aidan through the Kick boxing, I've started having some personal training sessions with him on a 1-2-1 weekly basis. He has helped me work towards my goals and after 6 weeks I'm really starting to see great results.
