Taxes are never fun.  As a business owner with two S corps, 5 employees, two kids, house, etc, etc. my taxes are far from simple. However, Jessica and John have helped me year after year to keep organized and on task. They not only helped with the formation of my businesses, they have helped me to make adjustments as we grow and change and are there when I have questions. Steven was incredibly responsive and patient, despite the fact that I was a last-minute addition to what I'm sure was already a busy work load. I've been working with Jessica for the last 6 years, and she's been great. She's very easy to work with and does whatever it takes to get things done. ..even when I end up getting her stuff last minute! I realized that I should deduct my daughter's considerable medical expenses for my taxes, but was not sure of the way to do it and documentation needed.  So I hit Yelp, and saw only this firm with a significant number of enthusiastic recommendations.After procrastinating nearly too long, I got an extension and contacted this firm to figure out the necessary details.  I eventually assembled the paperwork, just in time the last week or two before the second due date, and sent it over the this firm.  My filing was just accepted.These folks were accessible and responded to each inquiry rapidly.  The cost, while not cheap, matched their initial quote and seems fair.  I initially worked with Lili Zhou, then Steven Lok did most of the work a few months later at crunch time.They did just what I needed done.  Thanks! I arranged for an introductory meeting with John Huddleston after I received marketing information in the mail. I was interested in their opinion of my small business tax return that had been prepared by others to verify their completeness and accuracy. Huddleston Tax CPAs began preparing my tax returns and advising me on tax and accounting matters beginning in 2002. The two CPAs that I work with are very responsive and very knowledgeable. Any time that I did not reach them immediately they returned my call or emailed by the next day. They have given me important advice which has minimized my tax burden. This is vital as I need this additional capital to continue growing my business. They have also kept me up to date on the various tax deadlines that I need to meet as a small business. It’s important to me that I get the right tax advice to minimize my tax burden and stay clear of the long arm of the IRS. Also, when the situation arises (call from the IRS or important pending business transaction) I want to make sure I have a top notched tax professional who is familiar with me and my business. For this reason, I know I wanted a CPA firm rather than just a person who prepares tax returns. While a non CPA firm tax preparer is definitely the cheapest way to go (at least in the short run), I have been impressed with the value I have received over the years from Huddleston Tax CPAs.
