I had been suffering for 45 years unable to go out for walks and dredding going shopping so, only went with my husband,family or close friends.
I decided to seek help and found Sue a Hubholistic. She has been brilliant.
We met on a weekly basis. Firstly talking through my fears and experiences which led me to my phobia.
Sue gave me relaxation breathing techniques,ideas for when I got anxious. We gradually ventured outside and setting goals.
Walking together then, walking on my own with Sue following from a distance to walking fulfilling small tasks on my own. There was no pressure.
I then ventured out when at home setting my own goals and even went into the local supermarket and got a couple of items. A great achievement.
I feel I have more confidence to go and do things I haven’t done on my own in years.
My family have noticed a big difference in my attitude to doing things and that I am more relaxed.
We have decided to have a break at the moment so I can continue working on my own and pushing my boundaries.
Sue has said “I will always be here to help and support you “
I know she will be. Sue has become more of a friend.

Dave is nothing more than brilliant. Easy going, great to talk and great at his job. I started my journey with chronic back pain. I now have 0 pain and have more flexibility than ever before. I was struggling with anxiety which was manifesting itself in physically shaking and low self esteem. I was also in a heavily reliant relationship meaning that I didn’t place any importance on my own needs. Working through my learnt behaviours and thoughts/fears has given me tools to have a better self awareness and begin to take control of me anxiety rather than it taking hold of me. Counselling was something that I had thought of trying for a while but never really knew how to go about it and Sue came recommended by a friend. I visited Dave to try and help with persistent pain in my neck and shoulders that was impacting my daily life.

Dave took the the time to listen to what I was experiencing and simply by looking at my posture identified areas that needed attention.

On arriving home after my first session my wife commented on the change in my posture.

Over the past couple of months my pains have gone, my posture has improved and I am much more active and feel twenty years younger.

I have been having regular massage sessions with Dave for over two years. I had a bad injury in 2016 with my back. Dave's massage treatment improved my back which allowed me to get on with my life again. Now I have regular sessions as I am a regular gym user and pummel my body. The massage helps relax my muscles and has become part of my overall fitness regime.
I highly recommend Dave to others.

The mix of professionalism, friendliness and expertise was for me a breath of fresh air. I found the whole experience very relaxing and energising.
