Terrible service
We had contacted this company for a quote and booked in a time for them to come over.
The first time we sent an agent out to meet them at the property and they didn't show up or contact us saying they would be late/unable to make it.
We had received a message from them 1 hour and 40 mins after our appointment only to be told they were stuck in traffic.
We had rescheduled for today, and so far there has been no communication from them regarding what is happening. As of writing this review there has been no communication for 1 hour and 30 mins.

We have just had a wet room put in by Hubbard and Houghton, the craftsmen that came in were excellent they were polite, considerate and cleared away their rubbish every day, the quality of the finish was fantastic I can highly recommend them.

How long have you been in business?
the company was first set up by tim houghton and harry hubbard 64 years ago . sadley both have since passed away but there name has not
What guarantee does your work come with?
We give the mandatory 12 months defects notice . But also the assurance that we have traded from our office address for 35 years
What do you love most about your job?
We love the day to day challenge of the building trade and meeting different people. we do a lot of council work which involves flush floor showers and disabled facilities and it gives us great satisfaction to help people in need.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our business is a family concern and therefore has been handed down through the ages which i am the third generation of

Your clients should chose us because we are reliabie, trustworthy, and would not want to ruin our reputation in the Kent area as we work for most Kent councils and some schools in the area.
