Describe your creative process.
Option 1: The Smart Approach – Strategy and Design: When taking a brief, you and I would decide the amount of required pre-work, from doing a quick competitors research to understanding your specific target audience to discover relevant insights. If budget allows for it, we can go through a short Definition-process to determine the projects proposition, mission or general approach. (This could define a naming, a tagline or an angle for a campaign.) Once that has been agreed, we enter the fun bit: We bring to life this brand approach in the Design phase. We explore the opportunities to visually represent you and we will propose 2 to 3 creative routes. Once we agree on a style, we finalise the creative by delivering everything that's been part of the brief.
Option 2: The Fast Approach – Design only: Based on your input, your background information and competitors insights, we crack on with the creative process right away, we look at what we've got and we'll develop 2 to 3 concepts that match your brief. Based on your feedback we will have 2 amend rounds while going into finalising the creative – delivering you everything that's been part of the brief.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We would need a general understanding of the why do you need this, what is exactly and how do you see this come to life? Then we would also need to understand your competitor market. Who are they, how do they manifest themselves? What is the timeframe you see this creative be effective in the market space? Last but not least, we'd need an idea of budget and time line; When does it have to go live?
What do you love most about your job?
I always have to dig deep into other people's stories; understand their business, their challenges, opportunities and their goals. – it's a wonderful process becoming part of those challenges and goals working together to an effective end-result.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Everyday I meet new people that each have their own story of what they try to achieve in their life, their work. It's amazing to be able to help others with their dreams and goals. At the same time, I've got a great network of talent around me, which I love to activate to collaborate with as it makes the journey so much more inspiring and adds a wonderful amount of value to the opportunities.
