I couldn’t be happier with Henry. I was dirty bulking to get a little bigger but I grew more fat than muscle. I gained 25 pounds and I wasn’t happy with myself. I found Henry through a friend and he talked to me about proper dieting and training to get to where I want to be. I am glad to announce that I lost that 25 pounds in 2 months of hard work. I’ve been training with Henry for 4 years after relocating to Houston for work. Henry’s dedication to nutrition education as a supplement to workouts is a truly what differentiates him from other trainers. Henry customizes my workouts based on what my focus areas are and feedback that I provide to him. Henry’s ability to continuously customize my workouts based on my fitness goals have made working out with him fun and instructional! The first thing Henry did was gather an understand of my goals and where I was fitness wise before we started training. From there it took off and I have been more than pleased with the results. Henry is very knowledgeable and was able to tailor a nutrition plan that was easy to follow. I help my client reach there goals by showing them how to create lifestyle changes. Every person comes in at a different level and different goals. All meal plans, workouts, and stretching routines will be custom fitted per the individual.

There is no secret. Only proper exercise and nutrition.

What i love most about my job is meeting so many different types of people with so many different backrounds. Its my way of learning about the world through others experiences. Also the feeling when a client comes to you and tells you they no longer have pain is one of the most amazing feelings I have ever experienced.

Growing up my parents owned a convenience store so i was always used to being very active and talking to people all day long. I couldn't imagine myself working in the corporate world where i would be sitting all day and having limited interactions. I fell in love with fitness in high school as I was a very skinny kid. Fitness helped me gain confidence and strength and made me want to help others reach that.

I have over 6 years of experience and have trained over 100 people. I have a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Houston. I have 3 certifications ISSA , PFIT, and NASM(corrective exercise specialist).
