Navigating through life can fantastic and at other times overwhelming, stressful and confusing. The challenge is to figure a way through these times, getting help to make sense and have a clearer picture is where a counsellor steps in.

I'm Maureen Smith, a Person-Centred counsellor with experience of working with adults with a variety of issues, I especially help you find your balance to reduce anxiety and pressures of daily life.

I understand that having counselling is daunting, so our first chat will be just that, no pressure and when you do agree to hire me, it will be your decision.
