Coaching is a partnership between coach and client in a stimulating and creative process that inspires and motivates the client to reach their personal and professional goals. Coaching is forward looking and holds the client as completely capable of finding their own answers through thought provoking conversations and self discovery.

Our Approach

We offer an initial free consultation to discuss how coaching can support you. When you have decided coaching is right for you, you will have a discovery session. Together we work to understand what you are hoping to achieve and set the direction and goals for the coaching process. It's about taking a snapshot of where you are now and looking forward to where you would like to be. We recommend that to create sustainable change clients need a minimum of 6 coaching sessions for a minimum of twice a month to maintain momentum.
