Linked Support Package
For a low cost monthly amount, our Linked Support Package is designed for businesses that require longer term support. With a fixed cost and the ability to add on site visits as you need them, we can offer you support and reassurance whenever you need it.
Starting from as little as £99 a month, our Linked Support Package entitles clients to:
- Unlimited telephone and email advise on employment law and HR issues (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm)
- Access to a dedicated, CIPD qualified HR advisor
- Regular updates on key changes in employment legislation and hot topics
- “Priority” status guaranteeing a speedy response to any query
- We are so confident that you will be happy with the quality of advice and service that we only require a 3 month notice period should you ever wish to terminate the service
- Flexibility to build in site visits as and when you need them. Site visits can be built into your monthly price so that you have a number of days to use for ad hoc issues or project work, but without the additional unforeseen costs. If you choose to build site visits into your package you’ll receive a 20% discount.
- 10% discount on all other services* when you sign up to the Linked Support Package (*excluding training)
Project Work
For businesses that need help as and when, HR Lincs can provide a “Consultancy Only” service to support these businesses with isolated incidents or one-off projects such as:
- Bespoke Employee Handbooks and Contracts of Employment
- HR policies, procedures and template documents
- Employee Relation issues including disciplinaries, capabilities and grievances
- Redundancy or restructure programmes
- Recruitment campaigns
- Appraisals, PDR’s or Pay Grading Projects
- Attitude/Engagement Surveys
This is an ideal solution for businesses not looking to tie in to a contract. To ensure we fully understand your requirements, we will visit your premises free of charge and provide a no obligation written quote.
Training
HR Lincs are dedicated to offering effective training for your employees and/or Managers in a variety of topics. Ranging from People Management skills, to disciplinary training to conducting appraisals, we can tailor training session’s specific to your needs. We work with a number of external training providers who are able to cater for very specific training needs – from IT to sales to Management Development. Contact us for more details.
HR Health Check
A full review of your HR systems and procedures and documentation followed up with a detailed report on recommendations for best practice and improvements. We’ll also include a no obligation quotation for a tailored package to get you on track. Our HR Health Check includes a full day on site plus a detailed report using a clear traffic light system.
