I offer life coaching on a 121 basis, either face to face, by phone or by Skype. I am passionate about self development and helping people break through barriers in order to reach their goals and increase their self awareness. It's so easy in this fast paced world to put your life on hold and wait for the 'perfect' moment before you start working on what is important to you.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the increase in confidence as my Clients make positive progress towards their goals. Seeing them grow from being unsure, overwhelmed and stuck to being confident, assured and filled with purpose really ignites my passion and brings a smile to my face.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love the way coaching puts the Client firmly in the driving seat and lets them control where they go, when and how. Once I discovered the wonders of coaching I knew it was something that I had to be a part of. To help people move forward in their lives and achieve something, that at one point they may have felt was impossible, really inspires me.
Why should our clients choose you?
My passion for the subject. I am a life-long learner and spend most of my free time researching personal development and how any new discoveries in this field can aid my Clients. I believe in creating an environment of absolute trust and mutual respect, whilst challenging my Clients to push themselves to achieve. Whilst working with me, I will do my upmost to challenge my Client's limiting perceptions and beliefs and through careful questioning, help them source a way forward.
