I had no power to any sockets or fridge on a Sat night and called their 'Emmergency' number. Went to voice mail so I got my own contractor.
Subsequently Yancie Harvey of Houserack told my agent that I never called them and that I should not be reimbursed my £80 for the call out I had to make.
However, I have a log on my phone proving I did!
They offered me NO help on a Sat night. Yancie and Houserack are condesending and rude. On top of this I made sure the call out fee from the firm I used was reasonable...one firm I called quoted £240!
Just not good people at Houserack. I feel bullied.
