How long have you been in business?
The business was formed in May 2016 and we have significant experience across our different service areas prior to that date.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Typically yes, we provide all the essentials for each of our services but please do check when booking if you have any questions about a specific service. More information is available on our web site.
All cleaning equipment and products can be supplied. We are also happy to use customer provided materials if preferred.
All tools and equipment is provided for the gardening work. We can remove garden waste from site after completion of the work.
What do you love most about your job?
Our motivation comes from providing a quality and reliable service that exceeds expectations on a regular basis. We look to build good, enduring relationships with our customers and have many who have been with us several years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A driving factor was to be able to create the culture and goals of the business. For example a culture where we make personal connections and deliver goals such as replicating the service levels found in high end hotels in private homes.

Domestic Cleaning
We are an established and growing team based in Maidenhead. Our domestic cleaning services cover the usual range of in home cleaning provision. We recognise that every house is different and aim to tailor the service provision to meet the requirements of the client. We offer daily, weekly or fortnightly rotations and have experience covering a wide range of property size and type.
We bring everything we need to do a standard house clean (vacuum, mop/bucket, sprays and cloths). The products that we use are shown on our web site (Product Information Sheets page under the Documents tab). We are happy to use customer provided materials if you have specialised or preferred products.
Our cloths are boil washed between use and colour coded for reasons of hygiene.
We are insured. Details are available on our Insurance page under the Documents tab.
We are happy to hold keys where this is required. The insurance cover extends to replacement locks.
We operate to a regular schedule based on rounds. Each job will be assigned to a lead cleaner's round and ordinarily will remain on the same round consistently.
Typically we work in pairs with a second cleaner joining the lead cleaner on the round. While most commonly it would be the same second cleaner each week there will be occasions when a different person is assigned as we find that this helps to provide more effective cover to a job.
We predominantly provide service on weekdays in school hours. We can provide estimated times of arrival if necessary but cannot always be precise due to the nature of the work and travel.
We do not offer evening or weekend cleaning other than in exceptional circumstances.
We are not able to offer specialised cleaning services such as inside of ovens and carpet/upholstery cleaning. We are happy to source local providers for you should this be necessary.
Unfortunately we are not currently offering end of tenancy or commercial/office cleaning at this time.
We cover Maidenhead and the local area (SL6 post code area).
HOW TO MAKE IT HAPPEN
Contact us with a brief outline of the work you want doing.
We can discuss what it is that you are looking for and the services and hourly rates we can offer. Ideally we would arrange a home visit to get a first hand view of the type and detail of the clean you require. There is no cost to this visit.
If you are happy to go ahead after the site visit we will quickly come back to you with possible scheduling options and start dates. Once agreed, the cleaners will visit regularly according to the schedule.
Payment is after the job is completed by BACS transfer.

We can assist with set up and break down either side of your party as well as formal/informal assistance during the event itself.
