Best experience I've had with finding a tenant to share my 2 bedroom apartment. HouseMe are extremely efficient and do the security checks for you. Their fees are extremely reasonable. Best of all that have a well designed website which caters for your every need and then some. The site provides icons of all facilities such as basic, additional and luxury. House.Me has been great! The registration process was easy for myself (the property owner) and my tenants. There definitely is some offline work that gets done but I can understand since showing the property and discussions are personal. House.Me handled the background checks and lease agreements quickly and efficiently. Carol from online chat was helpful and always got back to me with my many questions.
