I recently renovated two kitchens and bathrooms in my apartment building. Estimator came out to measure and designed two beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. The work in both units was done professionally, quick and on schedule so that new tenants could move in on time. Price was very competitive. Thank you Yelpers for turning me onto these guys for deck repair, gutter work & installing an outdoor outlet at my rental house. They were beyond excellent and I will definitely be using them for projects I need done in my own home. 1st of all, a real live person actually answers the phone & she, Sara, is competent, cheerful & professional. She immediately followed thru on getting an estimate done, then once I approved it, an appointment for the actual repair was scheduled. They showed up, did the work & did it well. What impressed me the most is there were a couple of minor issues which they immediately responded to the NEXT day! The whole experience was seamless. I wish I'd known about House Calls before hiring this other pathetic company to rebuild my deck which still isn't done AFTER 4 MONTHS! I had the pleasure of working with Istvan of House Calls Etc for the past month or so on a wide variety of projects. Â The scope of work was originally to fix a decent list of 10 or so things around the house that were identified during my home pre-inspection and would only take a few days. Â But after doing some more scratching beneath the surface (literally), Istvan identified extensive rot in my balcony and helped me to rebuild it. Â He also found more problems not covered in my home inspection so we set out to resolve them over a period of the next several weeks. Â Istvan has always been extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, but where he excels is being able to fix everything under the sun and doing so very quickly. Â Istvan's quality of work is second to none as he's been able to make repairs to walls and things that leave it looking better than new.
