My only issue has been the lack of communication before signing up or after signed up. They neglected to let me know about the mat that is necessary for the workouts. The place is awesome and I love it! But that’s the only problem I’ve had. I’ve referred several friends and they said they same thing, that there is no communication on how to work the saunas or the equipment needed or how to purchase it. So do yourself a favor and just buy the mat and save yourself the hassle! Love the HotWorx workouts! More...
