Hotpod Yoga Notts has been delivering a ‘real-life’ approach to yoga since its launch in 2014 with pods in Nottingham city centre (NG1), West Bridgford (NG2) and Long Bennington (NG23).

You’ll catch us inflating with daily immersive classes that are suitable for every body and every mind: ladies, gentleman, beginners, seasoned professionals, young and old!

Six weeks ago I started classes in Long Bennington having never done yoga before. I've been suffering with my back for some months prior to this and had regular physio & massage to try & eleviate the pain. I have been doing 3 classes a week and feel amazing! I feel much more flexible, stronger and my back pain has eased considerably. All 3 teachers, Sarah H, Sarah B and Cathy are all supportive & very thorough. At the end of a stressful day I look forward to going into the pod and having 'me time'! More...

I love coming to hot pod, it makes me feel strong and positive even after a tough day!
The pod allows you to focus more easily and not be distracted by what's going on around you and The instructors always give you several choices of how to do the postures so you never feel like your not keeping up.

I came for the first time last Tuesday evening to Long Bennington and have been 6 times since. I've found my new love. After just 6 sessions I feel so much better, happier and healthier so I can't wait to see how I feel in a few months. I'm so glad I decided to join. Quite simply, Hotpod Yoga is nirvana! Whatever your day has been like, or what's ahead of you, this sweaty, challenging vinyasa class will reset you and ensure you are ready to face your challenges head on. I think I would live in the Pod, if I could!

I was lucky to try Hotpod Yoga using the 7 days for £7 at Roko Gym Nottingham on their launch in October. Since then i have been attending Hotpod Yoga once a week. I absolutely love it, i have tried yoga before however nothing compares to this. I run and compete in races, i am heavily into my training running 7 days a week in the peak of my season, so its so important i take the time to recover wherever i can. Hotpod Yoga has made an incredible difference and is really helping me to keep strong, flexible, relaxed and most of all injury free. I long for my Wednesday Hotpod Yoga, i turn up feeling very tight and tired but by the end of the hour session i feel like a new me, it stretches me out and makes me feel revitalised. Also a shout out to (FI) who is an amazing instructor, she always varies the sessions, she is very calming and inviting and allows you to get the most out of the session. I am so happy to have Hotpod Yoga as part of my training plan and continues to have a positive impact in my running and racing. Thanks x More...

Had a session tonight with my rugby team and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was welcoming, it was beginner friendly while still being challenging, and it was great fun too! I'll definitely be coming back

Absolutely love this place... And everyone involved with running it... Its the highlight of my stressful week to be able to attend... The only downside is I live so far away its hard to leave the kids often enough to attend as much as I'd like to... Can't recommend it enough!! Seeing what a difference regular yoga can make to people's mobility, strength, flexibility and general head space.

A desire to share the benefits of hot yoga, and to do something that I love.

We have a real life approach to yoga - you don't have to be an experienced yoga pro to step into the pod (but neither do we mind if you are!) we really are all about yoga for real life. Our classes are aimed at all levels so you will be given modifications as well as progressions - it is all about your body and the shapes that you want to create with it.
