I really enjoyed our first Hot Pod Yoga session. Such a good technique to be mindful of your movement. The booking system was really easy and the instructors and venue in Derby were so lovely welcoming us as newbies and checking before we left that we had a good time. I have never sweat so much :)

I went to my first hot pod yoga session today. Not really knowing what to expect I am really pleased to say that I felt amazing after the session. With the space being heated my body relaxed, surprised at how much I sweated (you really need a towel!), my skin now feels totally detoxed. Super session, really well organised and a bonus complimentary goodie bag! Thanks Leah, I will definitely be back. I recommend the experience to everyone (men/women) to try it. Results felt instantly! More...

This place is amazing, and that's mainly because of the instructors! I have zero yoga experience, and am not fit at all. These guys make you feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and non-judgemental, it's perfect for someone like me who feels nothing but anxiety about group/ public exercise! It is hard work don't get me wrong, but you go at your own pace and only do what you're comfortable with. I can't recommend enough - especially if stuff like the gym etc are your worst nightmare like me! Also, the introductory offer is a bargain More...

Had my first Hotpod yoga session today. For a girl who loves cardio weights or anything fast hard-core, I didn't think yoga would be for me. Oh well .. how wrong I was !! It was an amazing class, never felt so relaxed while working out and it really does give you a workout! The instructor (Leah) was great! Definitely have a new regular
EVERYONE NEEDS TO TRY THIS !!!
Thank you, Hotpod yoga x

I'm a complete novice but been interested in yoga for quite some time. So when I was tagged in a post by a friend - I decided to take a look.

I've had two sessions so far this week and simply love the whole package - Hotpod is easy to find, secure, clean with genuinely lovely instructors and a warm and restful environment... the moves are all gentle and you're encouraged to go at your own pace with small increases as you go. I've left feeling truly energised both times and look forward to my next session with anticipation.

This place is fantastic!

first time ive ever tried yoga, and hotpod yoga, is great for sure, the instructor was really good as well, dead easy to chat to and very friendly, the class was great, and trust me you sweat like mad, but its well worth it, I would recommend trying it out for sure, and they do a introduction try out price for first timers for £15 for your first 3 lessons, so its got to be worth a go.
