The Numbi Hotel is a wonderful family run hotel. It has beautiful rooms with a wonderful dining room on the property where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and dinner. The head chef is wonderful and is there during your meals to answer questions and make sure you are enjoying, it makes you feel very welcomed! The staff was beyond accommodating providing us with anything we needed. We had a safari early the next morning and they made sure to provide breakfast boxes that accommodated our diets. The entrance to The Kruger through The Pabeni Gate is minutes from the hotel which made our safari very convenient! We were in the park before sun rise! Super hotel with an excellent location that truly can't be beat! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit The Kruger! More...

We came out late from the Numbi gate at Kruger park and needed a place to stay.|The Hotel Numbi came up on the GPS and so a quick check on TA showed some mixed ratings. |We rang and they had a room at a reasonable price so we took the chance.|The Hotel is old and the carpet a bit smelly, however the service we received and the food we ate... just sensational. |Sunday night carvers was excellent with the star dish being the lamb curry. |Chef Richard also made up a vegetable puree for our 6 month old son which he ate the lot of.|All in all a strong hotel, old yes, but full of charm and character. |I would certainly stay here again.|Recommended. |Enjoy. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Numbi. the food was wonderful and every mealtime offered many variations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Manager Edna Fick was very involved with our comfort and wellbeing. On the second day of our stay, while on an outing from Hoedspruit, our 22 seater vehicle caught alight about 20 minutes away from the hotel. One phone call to Edna and our safety and inconvenience was taken care off. We will always be very grateful to Edna and her staff for their kindness and generosity during this time. More...
