Great service and hospitality by *all* of the staff.  Everyone was on the same page: Positive, helpful, and friendly.  Compared to other hotels and sites around The French Quarter, it appeared Hotel Mazarin had a much higher degree of quality and attention to detail. The grounds were very well maintained.  I am very happy I was able to get a room here.  The only drawback for me is the overall noise level - although this is New Orleans and the loudness is a necessary part of the soundtrack. This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is great, complimentary, and the location is perfect. Once you step outside the hotel they're many restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff are welcoming, and helpful. The room was just enough for my mother and I. We booked the Petit King Room. The room came with a fridge, ample towels and wash clothes, and water bottles.
