We had our wedding at Hotel Arista a couple of weeks ago, and it could not have been an easier or happier experience. Katie is an angel, and helped our day go as smoothly as possible. The hotel was gorgeous. I loved everything about it except for the beds. The beds were very uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. And there were crumbs on my floor. Ick! Your staff was wonderful. Very friendly and very helpful. No complaints there. I couldnt figure out how to use the lights in the room. The night light option didnt work and there was a switch or 2 that i was operating but nothing was happening. Instructions for that type of lighting & light switches wud be helpful. Just trying to find the location of some of the light switches was challenging. Would definitely recommend staying there & would for sure come back, but i wud improve or upgrade the mattresses. So many hotels now have the temperpedic mattress which makes a world of difference with trying to sleep in a hotel when you're travelling away from home. Comfort, comfort, comfort. More...

We were able to stay in the same suite as we did our wedding night, had amazing spa services, and the chef recreated our wedding menu in the Sugar Toad restaurant. We were treated like royalty. We might make this a yearly tradition!
We booked Hotel Arista for our wedding ceremony and reception on 11/5/16. We started working with Laura Noble, Wedding Designer and Catering Manager, in October of 2015. Laura was incredibly responsive and accommodating right from the start - after my husband and I toured the venue and had a strong feeling it was "the one", she allowed us to schedule another visit with our parents. We started working on details in the spring of 2016, kicked off by the bi-annual wedding tasting in April - which was PHENOMENAL. it allowed us to see the room at it's full potential, and sample all of the food and beverages that would be available for our reception. Their cake vendor, The Cakery of Aurora, was also there with cupcakes for us to take home.
The day of our wedding, everything went according to plan and was executed so perfectly. I feel so lucky to say that we had an absolutely perfect day from start to finish!
The only downfalls - the room block situation was a bit of a pain, but mostly due to lack of following directions by our guests - people were calling an 800 number instead of dialing the hotel directly, or they forgot to mention the room block by name, etc. The other issue was with the welcome bag situation - only a few of our guests received their welcome bags, which they were supposed to receive either upon checkin, or they were supposed to be delivered to their rooms at some point throughout the day. Other than that, we had a wonderful wedding with excellent food to boot - people are still talking about it! The waitstaff at the reception was incredible too. Laura Noble is the shining star of the staff at Hotel Arista, and I highly recommend working with her to plan the wedding of your dreams!

I just had my wedding here in April and it was absolutely perfect in every way. Laura Noble was my wedding coordinator and I can't say enough good things about her! Not only is she attentive to detail, incredibly accommodating, and extremely organized, she is also a very sweet person, and makes you feel like you are the most important bride on the planet! I had no idea she had a wedding the day after mine, which speaks volumes to how she made me feel like my wedding was of the utmost importance. Laura helped with everything from picking out napkins to ensuring my husband and I received the top layer of our wedding cake. She truly did it all, and I can't stress enough how accommodating Hotel Arista is overall. If you are considering having any special event here, do it! And if you are newly engaged and considering having your wedding here, do it! Laura Noble is amazing! More...

My husband and I just got married last Friday, and I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Arista. From the wedding planning to the weekend hotel stay, everything was immaculate.
Katie Jones was our coordinator, we HIGHLY recommend her! She made the planning process smooth and carefree, and did everything with a huge smile on her face. The whole night went on exactly as planned without a single glitch, and we owe that 100% to Katie.
Since we got married on Friday, we stayed at the hotel in one of their Corner King suites until Sunday as a little 'mini moon' before we leave for our honeymoon in two weeks. The staff at Hotel Arista wait on you hand and foot with a big smile the whole entire time. We didn't have to lift a finger, it was kind of hard to get used to but it was so nice. The rooms are incredible. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this place (especially Katie Jones for your wedding) to anyone and everyone!

We had our wedding at Abbey Farms on Friday, May 19 2017. Having our guests stay at Hotel Arista was a no brainer for us. Katie was quick to respond and helpful from the first moment we made contact
. She made everything super easy for us from coordinating their shuttle services to providing a document with our guests staying at the hotel. We had about 34 rooms booked.
On the day of our wedding, it was raining and we were able to rent umbrellas from the hotel for our guests to use! Also, there were so many personalized details in our suite that made my husband and I feel so special. The hotel shuttle staff came into our reception to make sure my husband and I got onto HIS shuttle at the end of the night and arrive home safe. He even stopped at a gas station to let my husband pass his sickness ..hahaha.
Once we got back to the hotel, we went to the hotel bar and continued our party. The bartender was patient with our group from when we got there to when we all left at 2:20am! Overall, I was so impressed with the clean and amazing service.

Had some car trouble and this pace is not far from work so I was able to pull in park the car and pop into the bar sugartoad to have some beers a d food while me and my wife waited for the tow truck guy.
