It was a week before my birthday and I had no idea what to do about food for my guests as my birthday is during peak season, year end.
I got a referral from a very good friend to call Ammaarah at Hotchefs. It was festive season and I was expecting to be turned away because which Chef isn’t busy during that time. Anyway, I called Ammaarah and her energy made me feel at ease. She was obviously extremely busy but offered to assist me with a three course dinner and it was probably the tastiest meals Iv ever had. My guests were delighted and I was absolutely amazed by the short notice service. HotChefs is definitely one of the finest service providers Iv encountered in years.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a few standard menus which can be tailored to suite every event. We establish what our client requires, the theme, the dietary requirements and their prefered meals to celebrate their occasions and work with them to create the best meal possible to satisfy their guest and their budgets.
What do you love most about your job?
We believe that food created with love feeds ones soul. So everything connected with eating, from the buying of products to the setting of plates we do with pure pleasure and passion to give each client the best food and experience possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A dream, I wanted to create great food,in amazing ambience served in a special way for my community members.
