Another agency using cheap themes and claiming it’s their own work for extortionate amounts of money, their own portfolio is full of examples of them using Themeforest themes they have bought on the cheap and resold on to businesses. Adding content to a theme is an easy job any tech-savvy person can do, in the quoting process they at no point mention this is what they are selling, it's highly misleading and wrong when you're quoting into the thousands for something that should be in the hundreds.
