I met Bobby at a Bridal Show in January! Such a nice man! I told him right before leaving "See you in March" he replied I'll hold you to it.
When I walked out of my house to the vehicle I yelled "Hey Bobby told you you'll see me"! He then smiled and chuckled and said "Yes you did" and remembered me right away!
Such a professional, whom loves his job and his customers.
Bobby knew when we got to the hotel I was one nervous bride and while my dad went inside to make sure i can come in Bobby offered me water, and to go inside to get something/ anything I may have wanted. Even offered his cell phone incase I wanted to call anyone.

Excellent Service! We used Hot Rayz for a business trip last week. Clay met us at the airport and took us to the resort. He also provided service for the return trip. Needed last minute ride for my son from Orlando Airport to Melbourne, FL. He's never used a car service before, or taxi and I felt better having someone meet him. The driver met him promptly in the airport, was very nice and delivered him safely and promptly. Cost was a bit less than the taxi service quoted us. I planned a last minute trip to South Beach on a Friday night. Clay was our driver and he was exceptional. Traffic in South Beach is horrible on a Friday night. Best decision I could've made to get my family to and from Orlando airport for our vacation! We went to Orlando in a stretch limo and returned in a suburban, both extremely comfortable. The drivers were pleasant and professional. (Good sports posing for photos with my "star struck" boys when our chauffeurs arrived!)
