Hot 'n' Smoking were tasked with providing the food for my surprise 50th party and I can't recommend them enough... low and slow is the watchword for this fantastic BBQ caterer. David puts heart and soul into everything he cooks and the deep flavours of the meat were enough to throw my vegetarian tendencies out the window well and truly for the night! Mountains of succulent pulled pork, smoked turkey, smoked brisket and spicy chorizo sausages were complimented by all sorts of fantastic sides inspired by David's love of Southern BBQ. The homemade coleslaw and the pickled watermelon were my favourites! Sounds cheesy but I don't care, the difference is this food is cooked with love and it makes such a difference. Delicious food all round, sharp black and red 'Hot 'n' Smoking' branding from tent to t shirt. Professional and friendly service, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend! More...

Wow !! Where to start We were lucky enough to be treated to a Hot n Smoking evening at the weekend . The food was spectacular a super choice of meats. . Smoked brisket,turkey, pulled pork and mozzarella sausages ! These were accompanied with fabulous side orders such as pinto beans and ham hock in a bbq sauce , smoked butternut squash with feta and an amazing range of coleslaws , salads and pickles. All with the most amazing range of flavours. Highly recommend the food and fantastic service David offer... Thanks for a super night ! More...

Went to pick up my Christmas brisket on Christmas Eve and was treated to melt in your mouth smoked mullet, a deliciously smoked sausage, a succulent smoked chicken leg and some cracking sides to boot, all amazing. The brisket has been delightfully received by all the lucky Christmas guests, to the common sounds of mmmm and oooooh and yum.
