We take all feedback very seriously; however in your case, I’m afraid that we can find no record of any direct contracted customers matching your name or details.This unknown to us person ZOE GREENHOUGH who purports to be a friend of a bride who’s wedding we attended On Saturday 8th June 2019 has taken it upon herself to embark on an act which is beyond the parameters of CYBER BULLING and as such is to be reported to GOOGLE and all other internet portals to be investigated as an attempted defamation of the good character of a highly accoladed Company of some Twenty Four year standing. and in doing so I believe she has done her “friend” a total disservice, by pursuing this moment of premeditated “PSYCHOLOGICAL HARASSMENT” whilst we at “HORGANS” find fake reviews like this are distasteful and a Disgraceful and Blatant misuse of the spirit of what social media is all about.We have an e-mail on file dated 5th July 2019 from the bride from the wedding on Saturday 8th June 2019 reaching an agreement with her to bring this “Charade” (Her Words) to a close with no further contact. As At this point as we were both in agreement this should have been an end to this matter.Throughout the limited knowledge shown in ZOE GREENHOUGH’s review she seems to have conveniently forgot to mention that the company (Horgans) had within 15 minutes of receiving a call from the chauffeur brought a replacement vehicle to the church. ( As per within the terms and conditions of our signed contract with the bride)Another point left out of her review was on Monday 10th July following the wedding on the Saturday 8th July the Managing Director of Horgans Ltd had called to the Bride parents’ house to personally and sincerely apologise with a large bouquet of flowers for the brides mother.The MD having given an immediate response to this matter, had called in peace in an attempt to at least open a dialogue and have a civil conversation, but as this gesture of goodwill was not being well received in the spirit that it was being offered, whilst at the same time him being Ritually Rebuffed, he decided at his point that he should leave.I can only conclude by saying that ZOE GREENHOUGH’s review is maliciously being aimed at causing maximum damage and disruption to the Horgans Cars business, and whilst her review is biased it is Totally at Odds with the many dozens of positive reviews all over the internet to date and during HORGANS twenty four years of professionally serving customers in the Cheshire and the surrounding areas who consistently return to us, some spanning three generations. And also special thanks to over six hundred plus brides who in the last two months have voted for HORGANS to be crowned as: “The Best Wedding Service Company in the CHESHIRE and NORTH WEST AREAS” within the transport section an enviable prize within the wedding industry, Which we have recently won again for an incredible ninth year running. We booked Horgans for our wedding on the 14th July. The car arrived slightly early and John came in and introduced himself.
Straight away he put me at ease, he was so friendly and polite. We asked if it would be ok for my gran to travel with the bridesmaids and he said it wasn't a problem st all.
When dropping the bridesmaids off they realised that one of them had accidentally taken my bouquet instead of her own, John was so lovely and calmed her down and said it wasn't a problem and that he would sort it out and not to worry.
When he came back to pick myself and my dad up he came inside the house and was chatting away with us and really helped to calm me down. I thought we would be really nervous but john really put us at ease and made me so excited.
The car was absolutely perfect, it felt so special and looks beautiful on the photographs.
When john picked myself and my husband up after the church ceremony he congratulated us and poured us a glass of champagne and then let us have some photographs in the car. John was so friendly and lovely, he was beeping the horn and making us laugh and really made us feel special. I felt quite sad saying goodbye to john because he was so lovely to us. I want to thank John so much, he went above and beyond to help make our wedding morning amazing. Horgans wedding cars is very lucky to have such an amazing employee who you can tell truly loves his job.
Thank you so much, I cannot recommend Horgans highly enough, you were just what we wanted and so much more.

Amazing car what I had for my weddings now 9th July and John the driver was an absolute star he sorted the groomsmen with there buttonhole and suits. We cannot emphasise enough how delighted we are that we chose Horgan's services for our perfect wedding day (5.8.16). My bridesmaids and I were made to feel very special and glamours. My Dad very much enjoyed Steve the driver's company sat in the front with my bridesmaids and myself in the back on our way to chapel. We dropped the bridesmaids off then drove around the corner and took the roof down ready for my arrival. Our Mums and bridesmaids had fantastic fun on the way back to our reception. The service we were given by Horgans before and during our wedding day went above and beyond our expectations, nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely faultless.
We used Horgan's Cars for our Wedding Day. We had the Regent and the Imperial and everyone was very impressed.
The communication with the team was spot on throughout and the cars were early which was one less thing to worry about. The drivers were lovely and put me and my dad at ease during the first journey. The cars were immaculate and looked fabulous. Drivers also looked the part - very dapper.
The team were brilliant and would highly recommend as they made the most stressful part of the day flow with ease.
