How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I provide a completely personalized approach. I integrate my knowledge of human movement, fitness, principles, and nutrition from my Doctor of Physical Therapy training with holistic approaches to wellness including yoga and behavior coaching. Every program and approach is unique to what the client is hoping to achieve!
What do you love most about your job?
I love getting to help people find joy in moving and live more positive, fulfilling lives! It is such a privilege to be invited into people's lives to help them feel better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew I could provide the best care from both a physical therapy and wellness approach if I traveled to people to work with them in their own familiar environment. Owning my own business means I can work with clients in whatever manner suits them best.
