If anyone is interested in getting in better physical shape, being mentally sharp, eating healthier, and just feeling AWESOME, I strongly encourage you to talk to Julio Aragon. Under his guidance I have lost 23 lbs in 8 weeks and have been able to keep it off! I used to be out of shape, lethargic, and dependent on prescription meds for my acid reflux. But NO MORE! Julio showed me the light.Now I am more energetic, in great shape and I am very happy in my life for the first time in a long time. He is a great educator on nutrition and proper eating habits. I always tell people that Julio has a gift of encouragement. I've had quite a few trainers in my life, but none like Julio. He's very tuned in to your needs and goals and finds creative ways to achieve them. I had some older injuries and he helped me craft a plan to work around it.  He's intuitive, highly knowledgeable in sports medicine, has unique, individualized approaches to training, and is very experienced. And, while the training was excellent and results were solid, I think the best part of Hooleeo Fit is the encouragement, friendship and education.  In other words, I found the focus and work on my health and appearance-the physical stuff--to be incredible, but I also learned ways to get and stay healthy emotionally and mentally.  A well-rounded approach to getting and staying healthy. The results are incredible and worth every investment of time and money. I started training with Julio about 9 months ago. This was the first time I've ever worked with a trainer, and I was mostly doing it because my schedule is just so hectic that I wanted some accountability. Julio has the talent in really finding out what your personal vision is for your health. Everything he does and recommends is supported by how you see your end result. The customization in the health, nutrition and fitness plan is amazing because it supports me with my specific goal. The time he takes to find out where you are on your journey is refreshing. I definitely felt heard and supported and not just put in some program that everyone else is in. I've worked out with soooo many trainers over the years. Julio somehow manages to make our sessions tough but fun and the time just flies by! I appreciate that he takes the time to work on stretching/mobility and also focus on things to improve your daily life. I've been training with Julio for a few years now and love it. He is not only an excellent personal trainer but also kind, fun and inspirational. I've tried different trainers over the years and finally found someone I enjoy working with. I really appreciate how he has gotten to know what I enjoy doing in the gym, where my limits are and is amazing at both making workouts fun yet just challenging enough to push me. I live and breathe health and fitness everyday in my own life and I love teaching people what I've learned and implemented.
