They get things done quickly all via email communication, which is very handy for me when travelling and living overseas.
I am frustratingly specific and not tech savvy and have been known to change my mind a few times... Tom and George have been really patient and especially accommodating. They built two sites for me, RealNaturo has been quite complex and is forever evolving. They are on top of it and have helped me to build an easy to use online home and community.
My first option was a design company in Madrid and then a friends company in London but I was referred many times to Hood digital and I am really happy that I chose to go with them for both of my sites. Thank guys keep up the amazing work :)

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A clear and concise brief for the project, it helps a lot to have direction from the client, so please describe in as much detail as possible your vision and your requirements.
We also require a deposit of 30% of the total project fees before commencing work, this is discounted from the project total at the time of project completion and covers our time and any charges or purchases we may need to make in order to create your vision.
Ideally we like to discuss fully your options and make sure that you are getting the best options for your so we will usually consult with you about any areas you are not sure about.
