I initially had a less than adequate experience, which was likely attributed to a communication issue, and left a review detailing that experience. This was after contacting several other travel agencies throughout the past month, as well as a bad experience with a different company yesterday, so I was already expecting more of the same from Honeymoon Headquarters. A very short time after posting the review, Kim called me back and asked if I would remove it as it was not indicative of the reviews from her other customers. I explained to her why I left the review and she asked if we could start over. We initially had what was perhaps a communication issue during the first call, but she went above and beyond to call me back and make it right. You would be very hard-pressed to find a travel agency to do that unless they actually cared about their potential customers. She worked through my requirements (which were, admittedly, rather specific) and provided a quote that included nearly everything I asked for. While we are still undecided on which travel agency we are going with, Kim has gained my confidence in working with her to book our long overdue honeymoon. If we decide to go with another travel agent for this trip, Kim is #1 on my list for our next trip in early spring of 2020. Thank you for your help, Kim! More...

Kim was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We chose a Sandals resort and it was amazing. There was an issue with Hurricane Dorian so Kim seamlessly helped us change our flights and arrival/departure dates. I was so worried because it was 4 days before we were supposed to leave and I was in the depths of my wedding. I had nothing to worry about because Kim took care of it! This woman has planned two excellent trips for my husband and I.
Everything was planned perfectly--we have had no issues and will ONLY use this agency when we travel.
I even lost my luggage while on my honeymoon and she took care of everything insurance, phone calls, etc so that I could enjoy myself. Really glad I have met her!!

We went to Kim after being treated poorly at a different agency in town. We pretty much left most of the planning in her hands. Kim made suggestions and was honest with her opinions on the resorts. We loved that she had been to most of the resorts all ready so when we arrived we knew exactly what to expect. She was available to answer all of our questions during the entire time, including when we were in Jamaica. Working with Kim to plan our trip to Jamaica was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made! I reached out to her with nothing more than a location and somewhat of an idea of what I wanted to spend and she turned that into an amazing vacation! She listened to what I wanted in a resort and was able to give me several options to choose from and gave insight into what each resort had to offer.
