Lauren was a dream to work with from start to finish.I wasn’t really sure what I wanted for our wedding cake, and combining both my husbands and my likes and dislikes seemed like an impossible task. Lauren was patient, took on-board all our ideas (including making flowers from South Africa!!) and made them into a truly stunning reality! We had so many compliments, not only on the design but also the flavours and taste of the cake. Lauren was fantastic throughout the whole process of choosing our wedding cake. The cake was absolutely stunning and exactly what we had imagined. We chose 3 different fillings and the cake on the day was even better than the tasters we had received previously. Everyone commented on how good it tasted, it honestly was the best cake we’ve ever tried. We can’t recommend Lauren enough she really is amazing and her cakes are out of this world. Delicious and beautiful - our perfect wedding cake - highly recommend! Myself and my husband were thrilled when Lauren said she was free to make our wedding cake. We had seen her work at other weddings and loved how stunning her cakes are! We sent some ideas over and Lauren was very helpful in making suggestions and giving us a quote and size idea straight away. We were unsure if we wanted a biscuit favour and Lauren was more than helpful, happy to send us some samples with our taster pack and gave us lots of different options to chose from. In the end we did decide to go for a biscuit favour for all our guests and I was thrilled when Lauren said she knew a way we could match our stationary font! Lauren created a fabulous wedding cake for my wedding in October. The tiered cakes themselves were delicious and were decorated beautifully with hand made autumnal leaves, nuts and fruits. In addition Lauren supplied cupcakes and macarons so that our gluten and dairy free guests did not miss out! The whole table looked amazing and I couldn’t recommend Honey Bee Bakes more to take you through the process of designing and creating your perfect wedding cake that you and your guests will love!
