Mike and the team are friendly and professional. The team have completed a boiler installation as well as a complete bathroom rebuild which included removing the entire damp rotting floor and walls. This was a piece of work that required a wide and varied knowledge base and skill set.What pleased me the most was witnessing diligent and meticulous work practices together with a high standard of professional pride.I plan on using Hometech Heating and Plumbing again in the summer to replace my radiators in the house and would certainly recommend their services to family and friends. Michael was our saviour! We had a complex boiler problem to solve. Oil fired condensing boiler with underfloor heating, hot water and radiator circuits. The boiler is 15 years old and the last of its type; a basket case. You can't get these any more as the German's wont't let the French import the boilers into the UK - single market? I think not! Undeterred, Michael itemised the parts we needed. We sourced from the "Trusted Parts Supplier " Evinox. Michael duly fitted the parts and had the boiler working and tested in a couple of hours. I have an old boiler that was put in the house when it was built [1996]. Everyone complains about this boiler when they need to work on it. Michael sorted this boiler out no props and gave it a general service [cleaned it and put new rubbers seals on the casing]. Michael has explained everything very well to me and has explained the problem.While Michael was here I asked him for general information on what to do with my bathroom as it needs to be renovated. Michael has given good ideas on what needs to be done. I will definitely be contacting Michael when doing other stuff in the house including the bathroom. Michael is a very hard working guy!! Each job has been carried out with utmost care and attention, offering valuable advice into the best solutions for what I wanted done, charging very competitive rates and ensuring the work areas were kept clean and tidy.
