After fitting our bathroom they left us with loose floor tiles, leaking shower, loose taps, chipped sink, holes in the grouting and an overall unacceptable finish.
They only came back to rectify this after 7 months of waiting when we demanded a refund. they sent the same fitter back who made more damage and didn't fix most of the problems.
Customer service is rubbish, Workmanship is rubbish and we have now had to refuse to let them back in our home.

As a leading bathroom installation company established for over 35 years we take pride in our work and have lots of satisfied customers We listened to concerns you raised and responded to your requests for remedial works including working Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate your working schedule. We also offered to arrange for manufacturer’s representatives to inspect an item you were not happy with. However your response to all attempts to bring the matter to a conclusion was always a request for compensation. We therefore saw little point in entering into prolonged discussions and left the unpaid balance in your favour.

Design service really really good, quality of installation , especially tiling is absolutely terrible. The owner doesn't seem to care about customers and does not mange projects, false promises, really poor communication, delays and a endless number of lies. We have ended up with Homerite undertaking a RICS expert witness report on the workmanship which states' the works are not to a satisfactory standard' requiring remedial works' of which Homerite are refusing to complete - court time! If you are considering using Homerite please get in touch and we will happily show you the standard of workmanship prior to you making a final decision. More...

Mr Cook, Thank you for the positive part of your review, however we do find it slightly premature as we are still in contact with you regarding your contract. The independent witness report was undertaken as a gesture of goodwill in an attempt to bring your contract to a conclusion. The recommendations for minor remedial works were all dealt with. You were not satisfied with the independent witness report or the recommendations of the RICS expert witness. As per our ongoing correspondence we have also suggested the matter be heard in front of a judicial third party which you have so far declined.

We’d been let down by the company we’d bought the toilet for our new bathroom from. After an internet search I found Homerite and everything got better from there. Alex was really helpful and ordered me in the toilet I wanted and I was able to pick it up the following day. Thankfully our bathroom is finished just in time now! Had seen an advertise in the local paper . Had arranged to a visit home. A friendly staff took all the measurements, we had visited then the showroom and the staff were so amazing and so friendly they were so helpful and helped us choose the best bathroom. Great service from the Homerite team, our boiler packed in the week after Christmas and they had two plumbers out the next day to fit a new boiler and give us our heating back. With two small children and January's cold weather this was much appreciated. They arrived promptly and worked all morning to get everything up and running. Homerite have just coordinated the installation of a new cloakroom/wc, an ensuite bathroom, a new combi boiler, new radiators throughout my house, and a new fuse box. The work took a bit longer than the original estimated completion date, but that reflects the fact that the focus was invariably on quality, and getting it right, rather than getting it done quickly and moving on to the next job. I am very happy with the work undertaken and the finished product. All the guys involved, from plumbers/installers, heating engineers to electricians were great and very competent and helpful. Homerite Bathrooms changed our dingy old bathroom into a clean looking, spacious, easy access wetroom. They came up with 2 designs and 2 quotes. We actually went with a mix of both, which Homerite were happy to accommodate. The work was carried out in a professional manner and completed within our time restrictions. Each tradesman completed his job in the quickest amount of time, never leaving any mess for us to clean up. The quote we received was also very comparable to other companies. Reputation was the reason we went with Homerite, as we'd known several people who'd had work done by them, who were very satisfied. The result was amazing and the price was worth every penny. I can also recommend their customer service as we had a small leak, due to a hairline crack in the toilet. After just one phone call and a visit, this was replaced within 24 hours. Had a walk in shower installed on ground level and an ensuite in the loft extension in my bungalow. All designed, supplied and installed by Homerite. All great. One minor hiccup; light and extractor fan switch in ensuite was faulty and fused the light circuit upstairs. I informed the company on the Thursday and Friday morning an electrician arrived and rectified the issue. Can't say fairer than that. Would definately recommend. More...
