I have used Homefix Computer Repair previously and found them to be very professional. There are regular updates by phone to the status of the job and you sign a contract unlike other providers I have used. I would come back if need be in future as I made the mistake of using a new PC repair team near my home to my cost as in real terms I was ripped off and very unhappy about it. Excellent knowledgeable service from Carl who came out and removed the faulty hard drive from my desk top, took it away, repaired it and brought it back the following day. Honestly a five star rating! For answering call promptly, with a follow up home repair call out the following morning. I initially asked for a simple repair but realised I need an astronomical amount of photos to be exported via my old IMac onto an even older external memory. It's took three whole days and he came back each time to ensure it was done efficiently. Finally, the job he came to do took only half an hour. Carl went above and beyond to sort my computer issues. My Sundays are all about chilling and watching back to back movies on my laptop but since we have just moved up north, my focus on the weekends is applying for permanent jobs! So you can imagine how I felt when my mums dog jumped on the laptop screen and all I could see were yellow and purple lines. Not only did Carl make a home visit on a Sunday but within an hour!! Fixed my laptop to high standard and its all prim and proper! Carl is very polite and friendly, extremely professional with great mannerisms and understands customer needs and urgency.
