Ian is very friendly has done a brilliant job on the flat that we let. When I was away he sent photos of the finished job which was much appreciated. Also when I forgot to put out clean sheets he was very accommodating and was prepared to go all the way home to fetch some of his own. We have received five star reviews from airbnb.
