Agency Fees:
Our cleaners charge themselves out at a rate of £8 per hour which is payable direct to them. The cleaners will be happy to perform ironing services at the same rate of pay.

Agency Fee structure is as follows:
One off £20 plus VAT(£24)
1 month £59 plus VAT(£70.80)
2 months £69 plus VAT(£82.80)
3 months £79 plus VAT(£94.80)
6 months £109 plus VAT(£130.80)
Yearly£189 plus VAT(£226) and it reduces to £95 plus VAT (£114) in 2nd year.

The agency fee covers management and insurance and is payable as long as you have a cleaner through our agency. We do offer on-going service with this fee. We are here to find you someone else if ever your cleaner is off sick, on holiday or you need temporary cover for whatever reason. I suppose it is a bit like insurance cover. We do call you every few months to make sure that everything is going well and you have no problems that we can help with. We are here to find you a cleaner and then to deal with any issues between cleaner and the client.
