Homebase Psychotherapy

I came to my first meditation class on Saturday with a friend. It was a lovely session, with light meditation, going into deeper meditation, then sound vibrations, all the while concentrating on the correct breathing techniques. Rob quietly went about inserting accupuncture needles into us, all the time, explaining what we were doing, how it benefitted us.Felt a lovely, safe space to learn meditate.Came out and felt the most relaxed I had in years, without the aid of alcohol! I would thoroughly recommend Rob's class.Have done so today in my hairdressers, have 2 people very interested, but who can't do Saturdays.I know that Rob is planning on doing some evening classes during the week. So will have to find out when for my hairdressers. More...

A set a shared offices just off the main road. It has parking space for at least 2 cars. I came here for a massage as a company called acu breathing was operating here. The interior is clean and modern.
