Held my friends baby shower here and all the staff were amazing. Starting with the booking with Samantha, always answering any queries I had, fast and effectively. The bar staff on the day were lovely and very helpful with anything we needed (sorry ladies I can’t remember your name). I had a gift voucher for "Afternoon tea for two" which my husband and I used yesterday. I would like to commend the cafe staff, the meal was delicious, the staff most attentive without being intrusive, nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend it xx

WOW!! such a lovely afternoon tea today.. a great selection of sandwiches and cakes.. all of which were delicious and freshly made today. unlimited tea or coffee.. I came with my 2 little ones who were treated extra specially with small tea cups and the staff even offered to change anything to something else if they wanted.. that is what made this even better.. the staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough.. thank you very much I definatly will be coming again with some of my mum friends More...

Had my parents surprise party here tonight & couldn't have been anymore perfect if we tried. The staff are so lovely, really friendly and always on hand to help. we recently had an after show party there and the staff couldnt of been more lovely. They helped out with everything i needed and joined in with the dancing. I have never been to a venue that has made us feel such at ease... completely recommend. beautiful venue and atsmosphere! More...
