From the first contact with Oliver and Craig to the installation with the two Joes and the rest of the team, it could not have been a better experience! Their guidance in the early design stage to the installation and commissioning was first class.
The system has now been up and running for nearly two weeks.
The GivEnergy App is great - clear - easy to use and ‘mesmerising’ when you can see how much electricity the panels generate. Our daily costs are now down to virtually zero!
As well as the panels and home battery we had a ‘Zappi EV charger installed. It integrates beautifully with the rest of the system.
A successful project like this doesn’t happen by accident!

Excellent, very timely service and on the date as agreed. The lads that came round to fit it all were very professional and considerate. I had some problems with understanding and adjusting software to suit my needs. However, FEC (Oliver) was easy to contact and answered my queries immediately every time and even adjusted my settings remotely to optimise the functionality. FEC were Absolutely Brilliant. The panels went up rapidly, in the date given. The panels worked immediately and I am already earning money from the Export. There was a slight hitch at the beginning and when I called for advice, at 11:00 pm, the owner, Oliver came out first light, the following day to fix my problem. Unbelievable. Really impressed. I've just had 10 Solar panels and 9.5kwh battery fitted. I wasn't sure what to expect, but after looking at the previous reviews I felt confident in my choice. I'm very happy to say I was not wrong. the professionalism that was shown was outstanding, along with the speed and efficiency. FEC RENEWABLES are a trustworthy solar company. I've had a bad experience in the past it was not a good experience and the company who installed the old kit disappeared!

Oliver from FEC took his own free time get my old kit functioning properly again .
My other houses now have FEC RENEWABLES kit fitted .

The procedure was so smooth from start to finish and throughout always contactable.
The day of the fitting was very quick . The whole team on site was polite and more importantly very professional.
Any questions I had on the day was answered. The work inside the house was brilliant and fitted the inverter and battery exactly where I wanted in . Commissioning of my new kit and a detailed handover to myself was professional. Setting up my solar account login on my phone was set up with ease. The solar Commissioning man Joe showed me how to use the APP made sure i was happy before leaving my house.
More importantly the company are very contactable during and after Instalation :-)
