This company fitted a kitchen and two bathrooms for me and has also carried out a lot of miscellaneous work at my old house and more recently in my new house. The work has included decorating and minor construction work. The level of quality of workmanship has always been extremely high and Mariusz, the proprietor, takes enormous care and pride in making sure the job is done to a high spec and that we are happy with the results. His approach is not to 'paint over cracks' - he takes time to make sure the work is done to his satisfaction and he or his team will spend the extra time applying another layer if paint or fixing a problem that we did not spot ourselves! Any odd finishing items that we have pointed out were taken care of quickly (in a matter of days) and Mariusz responds to calls, texts etc. pretty much instantaneously. HRS came highly recommended. He did our kitchen 2 years ago and then we had him back to do our bathrooms last spring. Mario is a very experienced builder who has a keen eye. We had never renovated a bathroom or kitchen before and could not afford a designer. Mario was able to help guide us and he had a lot of suggestions on how to achieve what we wanted on a tight budget. We are very pleased with the work that he did.
Among the work he did for us was to install new kitchen cabinets, installed new bathroom fittings, installed radiators, laid the flooring, arranged for our Gas and Electrics signed up by 3rd parties which we needed. He was able to remedy all outstanding issues to our complete satisfaction. I never really noticed good tiling before doing our renovations but now I can spot good work. Mario is a master at tiling.
He custom build cupboards for us in our tiny under the stairs WC which we were particularly pleased about. He also modified some basic IKEA cupboards very cleverly to make them work to our specifications. He’s cleans up before leaving for the day. Overall we were very pleased. More...

Mario and his team have undertaken three renovation projects for me. These projects have ranged from kitchen fitting to making and fitting staircases, garden landscaping and decking to a complete internal renovation- rewiring/ plumbing/ plastering/ changing room layout/ new bathrooms and kitchen. The work is always to a brilliant standard and within budget. Mario is a very talented builder and communicates throughout the whole process.
