I have hypermobility syndrome and chronic pain with my shoulders , Alastair is very professional and great physiotherapist and I have had a great sports massage tailored to my Individual needs , I will certainly be having further sessions as my pain feels reduced already after one session and being in your own home also makes things more comfortable knowing you can rest straight after the session in the comfort of your own home , thanks Alastair

I contacted Alastair at Home Physio Southend about a recurrent lower back pain. We made an appointment for him to visit me at home one evening where he took a detailed history and carried out thorough visual and hands on assessments. He identified some of the likely causes of my pain and gave me some exercises to help. After a short period I noticed a big difference and after one follow up session where he confirmed I was doing the exercises correctly and suggested some more to develop, I can manage my issues much better. Alastair was friendly and knowledgable and I'd definitely recommend him and use him again, although I hope I don't need to. More...
