We deliver bespoke, companionship led support to people in order to help them stay living in their own homes for as long as possible. This can be as simple as popping in for a cup of tea and a chat, making meals or carrying out light housekeeping, to supporting clients who need assistance with personal care.

At Home Instead we believe that the client must always come first. That’s why we match all of our CAREGivers to our clients, based on their interests and personalities, and we aim to maintain continuity between clients and CAREGivers, so a trusting relationship can develop between them. We arrange our appointments to suit the client, rather than fitting them into our rota, and visits are for a minimum of one hour, often longer, so that we have quality time to spend with our clients instead of rushing to complete tasks. Our CAREGivers do not wear uniform, so the relationship between client and CAREGiver is more personal.
